Next, the undersigned, citizens, whose names are shown at the bottom of this Act, every resident for the purposes of this, in Palermo at the Chambers of Messrs Simon Lo Piccolo and Marco Di Bernardo, Via Ferrara F.sco No 32
state as follows
The Repertory Theatre of theatrical activity, to be considered that, besides being characterized by the prevailing relationship with the land, should aim at achieving specific goals and specific artistic, cultural and social including press recall inter alia:
-
the renewal of theatrical language - supporting contemporary drama
- Exploitation of new talent

The pursuit of these goals is CONDITION Essential and necessary in order to receive State funding to support the theater.

objectives that the State intends to pursue through this financing are, in fact, identified in:
- to promote the artistic quality and the continued rejuvenation of the Italian theater, promoting the innovation of programming through the use of new technologies and support to different theatrical languages, their environments and of different cultures with particular attention to the contemporary;
- to promote the theatrical production quality, innovation, research, experimenting with new techniques and styles, favoring the generation change;
- to facilitate the commissioning of new works and development of the Italian and European contemporary music.

Now, therefore, the undersigned citizens of the signatories of this petition
NOTE AND REPRESENT THAT
the Teatro Stabile of the City of Palermo, the Teatro Biondo, recognized as such in 1983, is directed from 1978 to present (with the exception of period 1991 to 1998) always by the same person, the Director Pietro Carriglio, which, however, every year he directed, costumes, scenes of any show produced by the same Repertory Theatre and, therefore, financed with public money. that the Authority address in triggering the necessary investigations to verify the compliance of the management set out at the Teatro Stabile di Palermo, Teatro Biondo with the aims and objectives that the State has proposed, as proposed, to pursue by providing contributions in support of theater.
