Yellow Spot Behind Uvula

Storiacce, Radio24

the original post here

The first clue is the lake. What you feel in the air . Near. Even if you do not see.
Then there is the yellow. Of posters, some covers. Of many titles.
The third, are the numbers: 469 guests, 200 and 350 publishing houses of books. Three clues, a question: you can have "Passion for the crime '?".
literary chronicles say yes. The numbers of the festival of Monticello Brianza (Lecco) confirm. From September 26 to October 10, comes "The Passion of the crime," the meeting with the detective fiction-now in its ninth edition.
Before the official dissemination of the program, here is a 'anticipation of some name among foreigners ( Leonardo Padura Fuentes, Teresa Solana, Christian Moerke , Esmahan Aykol, Kevin Power, Domingo Villar, Andrea Fazioli) among Italians ( Loriano Macchiavelli, Massimo Carlotto , Hans Tuzzi, Cristina Cattaneo, Piero Colaprico, Michael Gregorio, Luca Masala, Valerio Varesi , Patrick Sheets, Veit Heinichen, ; Elisabetta Bucciarelli, Marco Vichi, Marco Malvaldi, Carlo Flamigni, Felice Cimatti , Mogliasso Rosa, Claudio Paglieri).
"The atmosphere of the lake lends itself to reading books noir" reflects Paola Poplars (here audio interview), crime reporter for IlGiorno, soul of the festival, as the literary prize " Azzeccacarbugl i" and other similar initiatives. In this interview with Paul spoke of details of women, strong readers. Of crimes, but also the passion for books related to the news. Among the guests, some of them I know personally, others from a reader, others over the air - as Cristina Cattaneo, medical and legal bodies item on Radio24. Some of the authors, were competitors in the premium Azzeccacarbugli 2010 - in which I participated as a member of the jury. Others were also pen and voice of a Storiaccia copyright on Radio24.
There are worlds, thoughts, languages, and different smells in this anthology of long names. I can only anticipate more than the first day of the Festival, Sunday 26 at 16.30, two cities will be compared in appearance to the antipodes: Turin and Istanbul. In fact, the books of two writers - two more than promising debut, and Rosa Mogliasso Eshmana Aykol - with their stories of crime, passion and irony form a bridge between the Mole and the Bosphorus.
