Arm Warmers Stockings

Elections in Brazil and U.S. intelligence is

seemed suspicious recently that Washington, which tends to denigrate without restraint as "immature" democracies Latin America and the Caribbean, has made serious efforts to show respect to Brazil. The Directors of G. Bush branded as "immature" the Latin American countries with populist regime and, in general, all countries show an act of defiance, defending their national interests by U.S. pressure. Brazil has never allowed to put his right the sovereignty and an independent position in international politics being discussed in the eight-year presidency of Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, and was widely expected that the administration of G. Bush, in the end, he lost patience and tried to tame the Brazilian leader. Nothing like this has happened, however, apparently because the U.S. felt too burdened by the problems with Venezuela to get stuck in an additional conflict in Latin America. Speaking to diplomats and intelligence officers at the U.S. Embassy in Brazil in March 2010, the Secretary of State H. Clinton said: "We are looking in the Obama administration to deepen and broaden our ties with a number of strategic countries, and Brazil topped the list. This is a country that really matter. It is a country that is trying desperately to keep his promise to his people a better future. And so, together, the United States and Brazil must lead the way for the peoples of this hemisphere. "
Interestingly, H. Clinton has credited Brazil with nothing less than the right to indicate the way for other nations, although on a par with Washington. For the latter, the road is to suppress any social initiative throughout the continent, to refrain from joining the regional integration project, unless that are sponsored by the United States to oppose the efforts of populist designed to form a block of the defense of Latin American and hinder the rapidly expanding Chinese economy.

The U.S. has appointed the former head of the Department of State Office's Western Hemisphere Affairs and diplomatic weight with a reputation as a hawk, Thomas A. Shannon, a new ambassador to Brazil, on the eve of the elections in the country. He tried to convince the President of Brazil to bring the country to the United States and to adopt an international policy less independent. Washington has offered benefits to Brazil, as a wider cooperation for the production of renewable fuel, agree to establish a division of Boeing in the country, and has signed agreements with a number of defense industries in Brazil, including the Commission of 200 Tucano aircraft to the U.S. Air Force.

President da Silva has not responded. He has stubbornly maintained a partnership with H. Chavez and E. Morales, went to Havana and Tehran, has condemned the coup by pro-US in Honduras, and has also pledged to develop a nuclear energy country. He proposed Dilma Rousseff - a candidate who is expected to follow the same way as an independent course-as his successor. Alarming to Washington, Rousseff is used to be close to the Communist Party and was a member of the Vanguardia Armada Revolucionaria - in particular, under the pseudonym of Joan of Arc - in the 70s. He was betrayed by a government agent, arrested, tortured with the methods the CIA has taught at the School of the Americas, and had to spend three years in prison. Consequently, even decades later, Rousseff is not a person that realistically should be a big fan of the United States.

Rousseff's campaign has gradually gained momentum and the polls begin to give you the advantage in the race with the right candidate José Serra. Journalists Friends of the USA and CIA agents have investigated its willingness to enter into a secret agreement with Washington and, predictably, they found that there is no chance for the plan, having sworn loyalty to the firm Rousseff course of President da Silva. The CIA has responded by trying to discredit the Rousseff, and immediately re-emerged the myth in its extremism. Have brought to light of police informants, who posed as "witnesses" of his involvement in bank robberies, with the intention of taking the money to support terrorism in Brazil. The conservative media have started a war of public opinion and propaganda with a pro-American chorus José Serra, as a candidate and Rousseff unchallenged - as a rival to purely nominal. However, the situation has stabilized and the Rousseff finally emerged as leader through her personal campaign in support of President da Silva.

Rousseff The score fell by 3-4%, preventing it from being the winner in the first round of elections. The outcome will depend largely on the ballot by supporters of Marina Silva Vaz de Lima, the Green Party, which came out third in the elections with 19% of the vote. The battle over the supporters of the Green Party is in progress, and the dark Shannon team, no doubt, will do its best to support an alliance between Serra and Silva. The group of
Rousseff visibly tempered his initial triumphalism - the ballot is a difficult game, and opponents of their candidate are implicitly supported by the mighty empire, full of resources, which is known to have regularly driven candidates with no hope for victory. The media in Brazil - the company O'Globomedia, publisher Abril, newspapers authoritative as Folha de Sao Paulo, and the magazine Veja - are engaged in brainwashing the voters of the country.

Team Shannon is faced with a mission to help the "forces fresh", less prone to the challenge in dealing with Washington to get its grip on power in Brazil. From this point of view, just the right players is the Green Party, in which CIA officers have long since acquired important positions, with the United States traditionally concerned with environmental problems of the Amazon basin. At the moment the CIA is courting leaders and green activists, alongside demanding promises of positions for them in the future from the government, the campaign manager for Serra. Washington needs to make a rush job, as Silva and his entourage plan to decide, Oct. 10, on what side of the scale to throw their weight on the ballot. The Rousseff, on the other hand, has the potential to attract the supporters of the Green Party, as the Serra was a member of the government of President da Silva, until 2008.

The CIA employs former police officers fired from their jobs for Brazilians various reasons, to do the work in the field, such as surveillance, penetrate into the apartments, the theft of computer data, and blackmail. In most cases, these are people with trends of ultra-right who see Serra as their candidate. The ministries, intelligence agencies and the military-industrial complex in Brazil are heavily infiltrated by U.S. agents. The staff of the Embassy and consulates of the United States in Brazil, comprises about 40 agents of the CIA, DEA, FBI and military intelligence, and Washington plans to open 10 new consulates in major Brazilian cities such as Manaus, Amazon.
While the U.S. State Department's diplomatic mission to reduce the level world in an effort to cut budget spending, Brazil is an exception to the rule. The country has the potential to establish itself as a counterweight geopolitical United States in the Western Hemisphere, over the next 15-20 years, and the government of the United States - both Republicans and Democrats - are concerned about its duty to prevent her taking the role.
