REGULATION literary review of "Love Poems - 2011"
1. The New Gallery Roma Cultural Association based in Syracuse, Via Maestranza 110 arranges for the year 2011, the sixth literary review "Love Poems".
The purpose of the event is to disseminate and encourage the reading of poetry by organizing an event that highlights deserving authors through the publication of a poetry anthology that collects the best papers presented during the event.
2. Poems involved in the selection are divided into three sections:
- Section A - Poetry on the theme of love novel
- Section B - Poetry novel theme free
- Section C - unpublished poems in the vernacular on any subject
3. It contributes to Sec. To send by mail three poems in Italian (max 40 lines each), on the theme of love in a single copy in a sealed envelope marked on the outside taking care of the identity and addresses of the author or by e-mail to 'e-mail address: galleriaroma@gmail.com
4. It contributes to Sec. B sent by mail three poems in Italian (Max 40 lines each), on any subject, in a single copy in a sealed envelope marked on the outside taking care of the identity and addresses of the author or by e-mail to e-mail: galleriaroma@gmail.com
5. It contributes to Sec. C sent by post two poems in the vernacular (maximum 60 lines each), on any subject, in one copy, one copy in a sealed envelope marked on the outside taking care of the identity and addresses of the author or by e-mail e-mail address: galleriaroma@gmail.com.
6. Poems submitted must be unpublished, under penalty of exclusion from the selection. For
unpublished poem makes explicit reference Any work that has not received proper publication editorial. The visibility on the Web sites, magazines or on the automatic activation therefore does not involve copyright.
7. Works must be submitted no later than January 31, 2011 at the following address:

not processed the refund of poetry.
8. Registration is free, except as provided in paragraph "14" and takes place with the hand delivery, by mailing or e-mail works as specified in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5.
9. The entries in compliance with the inscription will be considered by the Commission of Review as follows:

10. The Commission will choose poems to be published in a book published by Gallery in Rome, the specifications will be made public through publication on the notice board and its associated website www.galleriaroma.it/poesia2011.
The jury's decision is final.
11. The Commission will meet for final discussion on the selection of the work on the following days:
- Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 17.30
- Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 17.30
12. Thursday, February 10th, 2011 Poets selection of participants will be informed directly by post or by e-mail.
13. Authors selected will be asked for a fee of € 20.00 for the publication of the useful volume of poems in which each author is entitled to receive, after printing, No 10 copies. The contribution will be paid in cash at the headquarters of the New Gallery in Rome, in Via Maestranza, 110 - Syracuse, or sent via insured letter.
14. The poems will be recited at a public event devoted to the Festival to be held in April of 2011 and of which we will post notice through the normal channels of communication and association with the notice board of the poster of the event within pv-March 15 during the same evening will be delivered to all the poets participating certificates of participation.
15. The personal information of participants will be treated with respect and observance of what is prescribed by law.
